Your open and honest communications started well before we had a contract and the team arrived on site. Your expert advice and support helped us tremendously in making a contractor selection and understanding the full scope of the project. Coordination and communications to put new roofs on five three-story buildings, 21 four-unit Coach Homes, Guard/Pump House, and the Club House was no small feat.
I could always count on receiving timely and quality communications from you at corporate and Carlos and Gustavo in the field. The master project tracker enabled both of our teams to effectively manage the weekly movement from building to building and for us to keep our owners informed. Changes are inevitable in construction and your team worked closely with me to ensure we kept moving forward without problems.
The quality of workmanship and the extremely hard-working crews on the roofs were very impressive. The on-site crew did a very good job of maintaining open traffic flow, site cleanliness and interacting with our owners.
The start of the project was delayed 1 week due to Hurricane IAN, but that did not slow you down. Your team responded quickly to temporarily repair 8 minor roof leaks while the rest of the team started the tear-off. The project was completed professionally and on time.
Thank you for making our enormous and complicated roof project very manageable and a positive experience. We look forward to having you as our contractor for annual roof inspections and any ongoing maintenance.

I am writing to let you know about the good experience we had with your company's roofing division. Our home incurred roof damage from Hurricane Irma in 2017. We worked with your company and our attorney to settle our insurance claim for this damage. While it literally took years to resolve the claim your team stayed with us the whole way.
When it finally came time to do the roof work this summer your team did what they said they would do and arrived when we were told they would arrive. Seems simple but it is so rare today to have that kind of experience.

I just wanted to share some thoughts with you about the performance of Elias Brothers Group on our recent painting project. Other than one week when I traveled back home for a visit, I was here on site during the whole project and had the opportunity to observe most of the action.
Your painting crew performed very well and were always very cordial and friendly when interacting with our owners and myself. The plan of one building per day worked well and was right on target. Matt Wise was always responsive when we needed to communicate an issue or were in need of information.
Overall, communication was good with the various postings on the buildings and the emails to us were appropriate so we could communicate with our owners through our management company.
There are always a few issues to resolve during any construction/painting project like this, but they were pretty minimal. Most of the owners I have interacted with, have been complimentary of your work and appreciative of the end result.
I just wanted to thank you for a quality job and share some thoughts after completion. You performed well in 2017 and again in 2023-24.

Changing the color scheme when repainting our Villas neighborhood was the most arduous project our Villas Board has undertaken. Although Elias Brothers was an easy choice because there were many in our community who remembered the great experience of having Elias Brothers repaint our Villas eight years ago, that painting did not involve a color change.
Elias Brothers submitted by far the most comprehensive and instructive bid we received from anyone. But accepting it did not happen quickly or easily. From the moment Cassie Williams rang our doorbell to introduce herself, she was the person we relied on for answers to all our questions and the person who helped us understand and get all the many wrinkles ironed out of the contract we finally signed. And Cassie's attention to our project never ceased, as she continued to be the reliable liaison who got answers and solutions to every issue that arose throughout the project.
I volunteered to be on the ground as liaison for the Villas paint project, and to my great surprise, six representatives from Elias Brothers came to the community before the project commenced and met with me. Cassie brought another sales representative, Matthew, the Project Manager, Boaz, the Job Foreman, Oliverio, and two additional representatives. Not only did we all get on the same page, we continued to negotiate a few important details on that day. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. Clear communication is vital to any project, and it seemed nothing would be left to chance.
Once the painting started, we did our best to keep owners from interfering with the painters, but when owners broke this protocol, the demeanor of all the workers who interacted with owners was unfailingly pleasant, professional and cooperative. Job Foreman, Oliverio, was always easy to find and he handled every request quickly and with great aplomb. Oliverio's attitude was so reliably reassuring that when a few owners made special requests for accommodations, Oliverio always found a way to honor their requests, even when it meant that he sometimes delivered the labor himself, a fact I witnessed on more than one occasion.
Another worker who deserves special recognition for service above and beyond is the highly skilled detail painter, Gilbert, who showed up a day after the final walkthrough to answer one final distress call from me on behalf of an owner who noticed that a couple of his screens (that he should have removed before painting) had gotten a few drops of paint splashed on them. Gilbert's expertise, but especially his extraordinary people skills, really charmed this owner. Like Oliverio, Gilbert truly possesses 'owner whisperer' talents.
Last and certainly not least is our appreciation for Andria (Andy) Davies, who lives in our imagination as the guardian angel of the workers who report to her. Their positive and professional attitude no doubt reflects the kindness and attention to every detail that Andy showed us.
ALL the Elias Brothers workers who contributed to our great experience deserve our highest praise. Elias Brothers delivered everything - and more - that Cassie Williams promised you would! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!

Elias Brothers has been simply great to work with. In the summer 2022, we hired Elias to paint our pool fence. The quality of work was excellent. Because of that positive experience, we hired Elias in the fall of 2023 to paint our 10 condo buildings consisting of 108 units. Once again we’ve been pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Furthermore, their staff was courteous and responsive. In any large project such as this, there are always going to be issues. Elias always resolved any issues and backed their work. We look forward to working with them again the next time our community needs to be painted.

Hello, we had our condos painted by Elias Brothers Painting. We did research with other vendors and your reps that came out to help us were excellent. We worked with Greg as well as Nila. Nila spent lots of time with us making sure we could get a paint color to cover our old paint and gave us our Options. She walked the property multiple times and checked over different areas, suggesting and recommending. Your tech team came out and looked at all the work that we would need as far as repairs and they were very good and caught most of what needed to be repaired. .
The work orders that came in and the pricing quote were very close to what we ended up spending.
The workers and managers like Fabio were friendly and polite. Your communication with our owners was excellent and timely. And we were very pleased and of course, the paint job looks great.
