Expertly designed to include 134 attached villa residences as well as amenities featuring a clubhouse with swimming pool, pool baths, kitchen and salon, the critical processes of this landmark community -- land development infrastructure, homebuilding, sales and marketing – were overseen and performed by the company.
CROWN POINTE - VILLAS OF CROWN POINTE & ROYAL VILLAS
Working with a master developer, this South Naples, Florida residential community was home to the first construction projects built under the auspices of A.R.M. Development/Elias Brothers, Inc.
Comprised solely of attached villa residences, this project was launched with the new construction of 60 homes in the Villas of Crown Pointe and was closely followed with the completion of an additional 34 homes in Royal Villas.
VICTORIA SHORES CONDOMINIUM
Nestled in a desirable North Naples location, this neighborhood of condominium residences serves as a nostalgic milestone project for Elias Brothers Homes.
This is where it all began. Here, the company started as the painting contractor for the project and subsequently made its debut in the construction industry when it entered into a joint venture agreement to construct several residences in the complex. The rest is history.
