The Elias Brothers Group team completed an extensive renovation project at Winterpark Condo in Naples — featuring a complete remodel of the 2,400 square foot Clubhouse with an 840 square foot addition.The project featured complete removal of all interior finishes and remodeling. Including installation of new energy-efficient impact windows/doors, a new kitchen with flooring and new code-compliant railings. A major component of the project was attaching a new slab, block, beam, and roof system to the existing building to accommodate new restrooms, storage areas, and a janitor’s closet.
