Features & Options
A typical exterior painting project includes:
- Pressure cleaning of all surfaces according to proposal and spec
- Patch cracks on exterior stucco using elastomeric patching compound
- Apply one part urethane caulk to all areas where water intrusion may occur
- Apply first coat of primer/sealer to all repaint surfaces
- Apply top coat of paint on exterior stucco, wood and metal
- Apply paint to exterior doors and casings (entry, storage, and overhead garage doors)
Options may include:
- Painting metal railings, window exteriors, and/or lanai screen frames
- Pressure cleaning of tile, shingle or metal roofs
- Apply coating to previously painted or stained walkways, landings, stairways and sidewalks
- Apply paint to lanais walls, ceilings and floors
- Stucco repairs by the square foot
- Remove and replace rusted corner bead
Warranty is based on manufacturer specifications (7 to 10 year warranties are available).
